Business Formation
- Entity Selection and Formation: The first step is helping you decide the best legal structure for your business as well as registering the company with the appropriate body.
- Incorporation (Federal/Provincial): We guide you in choosing whether to incorporate federally (with Corporations Canada) or provincially (e.g., Ontario, British Columbia, etc.).
- Business Name Registration: Registering the business name (DBA - Doing Business As) with the provincial government, if applicable.
- Articles of Incorporation: Preparing the necessary documentation to incorporate your business, either federally or provincially.
