In addition to collaborating with Jack and having a keen interest in privacy law, Zack brings a practice focused on issues unique to social media, influencer marketing, and video gaming.
Lindsay joined the firm in 2023 from a large Canadian bank and has expertise in SaaS and payment processing agreements, as well as general contract negotiation. Daniel brings over 8 years of intellectual property law experience from his practice in Colombia. He is attaining his Canadian law equivalency and working with us as a legal researcher.

About Jack Tadman
Jack leverages his experience to provide insight into legal and practical gaming-related issues.
With over 10 years of experience in the gaming law sector, Jack’s practice focuses on clients in the iGaming and land-based gaming spaces. Jack represents clients in all facets of the gaming and quasi-gaming ecosystem. He also acts for media companies, sports leagues, advertisers, and more.
Jack actively supports operators and suppliers obtain internet gaming registration in Ontario. He assists operators, suppliers, affiliates, and advertisers navigate the regulated Ontario market.
Jack advises clients on how to comply with the gaming and betting provisions of the Canadian Criminal Code. Specializing in Canadian gaming law allows Jack to leverage his knowledge and experience to not only help clients navigate the Canadian landscape but also assist in various jurisdictions globally.
Jack’s strong understanding of the legal and practical objectives when approaching a problem allows him to find successful solutions for his clients. Jack’s range of expertise includes “traditional” land-based and internet gaming and betting, skill-games, sweepstakes, contests, daily fantasy sports, and esports.

About Zack Pearlstein
Zack is a leader in the video game, esports, and content creator spaces.
Zack supports gaming and quasi-gaming companies, talent and marketing agencies, media companies, event producers, and start-ups. Prior to GME, Zack was head of legal affairs at a global marketing and talent agency dedicated to social media influencers and professional esports teams.
Zack provides strategic advice to his clients on corporate/commercial matters, gaming laws, contests/sweepstakes, endorsement/sponsorship agreements, marketing campaigns, IP licensing, privacy laws, and consumer protection issues. Zack advises clients at all stages of development, whether that involves forming a new business, supporting with contract formation and negotiations, or advising on jurisdictional nuances with respect to marketing and privacy.
Zack is frequently recognized for his knowledge and the quality of his work. Business Insider recognized Zack as one of the top 21 leading talent managers and agents helping gaming creators and esports pros make money and grow their businesses. He was featured in Season 1 of “Gamebreakers,” a docuseries looking at the stories of individuals who have made video gaming their full-time career, and appeared on CBC’s Metro Morning to discuss the Jontay Porter sports betting scandal.
Zack holds a certificate in Entertainment Law from Osgoode Hall, is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Canada, and volunteers on Advertising Standards Canada’s Standards Council. Outside of the workplace, Zack is an avid canoe tripper and stand-up comedy fan.

About Lindsay Anderson
Lindsay is an experienced negotiator and contracts attorney specializing in commercial technology, online payments, sponsorship and endorsement agreements, and SaaS services.
Lindsay excels at integrating abstract technical requirements into robust legal agreements and collaborating with technical partners to achieve their legal and business objectives.
Lindsay supports processors, merchants, and resellers in the online payments space by drafting and negotiating payment processing agreements across numerous jurisdictions. Her contract negotiation expertise extends to the entertainment space, where she negotiates endorsement and sponsorship deals, and SaaS, where Lindsay developed considerable expertise
During her three years in the technology and infrastructure group at a Big Five bank, Lindsay negotiated and oversaw technology contracts for the bank’s capital markets, wealth management, and small business banking groups.
Before transitioning to tech law, Lindsay kickstarted her career on Toronto’s Bay Street, working on a capital markets trading desk. During law school, Lindsay gained first-hand experience in the entertainment field as an intern at Cash Money Records. As a student-at-law in Ontario, Lindsay had the unique opportunity to assist her firm with the successful appeal of a case before the Supreme Court of Canada. Lindsay’s diverse background has equipped her with a unique perspective that adds immense value to her legal practice. Lindsay holds a degree from Brooklyn Law School and is a Member of the Ontario Bar.
In her spare time, Lindsay enjoys live music, traveling with her dog, and getting in the ocean whenever possible. She is an advanced scuba diver and a terrible surfer. Her hunt for the best Mexican food in North America is ongoing.

About Will Sarwer-Foner Androsoff
Will is GME Law’s CPO (Chief Posting Officer) and firm manager.
He brings a creative approach and broad skill set to the GME Law team.
Will’s primary responsibilities are to keep the firm running smoothly and manage GME’s day-to-day operations. This includes oversight of client relationships, advertising and marketing, accounting, document management, information technology, and human resources.
Will’s extensive law firm experience has given him insight into how to best support our team members, manage clients, and grow the firm. And his (somewhat less) extensive photo editing experience has given him insight into making funny thumbnails for the GME3 and blog posts.
Will is an accomplished saxophonist and performs with Marigold, a jazz fusion quintet based in Toronto.
