Fractional General Counsel Services
Growing companies face complex legal challenges, but not every business needs – or can justify the cost of – a full-time General Counsel position. Our Fractional General Counsel (FGC) services combine the best of both worlds: experienced, business-focused legal support on a flexible, cost-effective basis.
Unlike traditional outside counsel, an FGC integrates more deeply with your business, providing strategic legal guidance tailored to your company’s goals. In this way we help navigate risk, support growth, and bring the insight of seasoned in-house counsel without the full-time commitment.
We also understand the importance of reasonably priced legal services and benefits of cost-certainty. That’s why we offer preferred pricing based on the length of your engagement with us, and always provide a fixed fee option.
