Jack Tadman is the founder and principal of GME Law. With over 15 years of experience practicing gaming law, Jack focuses primarily on clients in the iGaming and land-based gaming spaces, representing businesses in all facets of the gaming and quasi-gaming ecosystem. He also acts for media companies, sports leagues, and advertisers. Jack’s mission is to provide you with practical, business-focused legal advice. Jack understands that lawyers are in the service industry and prioritizes communication – keeping you updated and ensuring that legal terms are expressed in an accessible way.

Daniel is an experienced legal professional and expert translator, with a background in intellectual property law.
With a career spanning more than 8 years, Daniel has amassed a wealth of legal expertise, primarily centred around intellectual property law. His journey towards becoming a seasoned legal professional has taken him through the corridors of renowned international law firms across Latin America, where he honed his skills and developed a deep understanding of the complexities of the legal landscape.

About Will Sarwer-Foner Androsoff
Will is GME Law’s legal researcher and firm manager.
He brings a creative approach and broad skill set to the GME Law team.
Will’s responsibilities include supporting the firm with legal research, case tracking, and regulatory monitoring across a range of practice areas. He brings a strong academic foundation and hands-on experience from years working in law firm operations and client services.
Will holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Toronto and has worked on projects involving gaming regulation, administrative law, and emerging technologies. His understanding of the legal landscape – combined with his editorial skills – also makes him a key contributor to the firm’s blog.
Outside of work, Will plays saxophone with Marigold, a Toronto-based jazz fusion quintet.
